What are the standard commissions?
What to look out for etc

I THINK you will find most of them want 5% without any up front fees or expenses. If you want to sign with just one agent, giving them the exclusive right to market and sell, you can negotiate a lower commission. However, most people give it to multiple agents and the one that gets the deal get the 5% and everyone else gets host.

Don`t forget the Spanish revenue retain 3% of the sales price as a retention tax that you then have to apply for within a specific period, took me nearly 4 years to get my money back.
