Can anyone recommend any good complexes in caleta to buy property on?
visiting October to view potential places to purchase?

Contact Carmen Villizan they are up the road from the Fado steak house, they have a lot of properties in Caleta and surrounding areas.

If you have Facebook, search for "Teresa fuerte" she does a property finding service from what I have seen. Not recommending her, I know nothing about her. Just another option for you maybe !!

Once you decide on location, either in town or on the mountain,budget, how many beds etc Im sure recommendations will come flooding in.
For me its the mountain all the way! You have an amazing sea, golf view, can walk in to town but sleep at night as its very quiet.
All the complexes on the mountain are well maintained and offer various sizes & budgets to suit.
If you want to be in the 'action' then town centre is for you. Most complexes in town are very well maintained and central
