Are there Halifax bank in Corralejo? If Not, Does the Santander bank have no charges when having a bank card, or withdrawing money etc ?

The Halifax branch closed about 4 or 5 years ago it was up near the Campanario, as for Santander charges I was charged when I mistakenly used my Solbank card in their machine but was automatically reimbursed by Solbank later.
