Hello all, I'm interested in the semi finished little house north of Esquinzo. Here the coordinates to avoid missunderstandings ;) :
28.082065, -14.292143 (28°04'55.4"N 14°17'31.7"W)
I was visiting this house time after time for the last few years and I am wondering what's the story behind it.
The site of the house is a dream....
Does anybody know anything about it, why it is still not finished or anything else?
Thaynk you..

This link is about Antonio Padron, the architect
He designed the two properties in El Cotillo and of course The House of Dreams
http://www.antoniopadron.org/presentacioning.html
The 'House of Dreams' is here:

It's on the other side of the Paraiso Playa Hotel to the one indicated by OP, the unfinished house with the windmill base:

They both look like wonderful spots, provided that there's water and electricity.
Hello all, thank you for the comments so far.
I visited the house again in November 2017 and made a video.

An illegal build , as usual. It's been to court already, hence the reason for being abandoned. A shame that they never force the criminals to return the land to its original state.
Nothing dreamy about the site. One would quickly get tired of the gale force winds every time one steps out of the house.
The catastro will give all the info. you require. I can't be bothered reading the court papers.
Fantastic camera work l feel seasick

Thank you for the information. Where have you got it from?
I already tried with catastro but my request was rejected:
NO APARECEN COINCIDENCIAS CON LOS DATOS APORTADOS
although I gave correct informations from here (and more):
https://www1.sedecatastro.gob.es/CYCBienInmueble/OVCConCiud.aspx?del=35&mun=16&RefC=35016A01100078
Also emails to Pajara and it's major are still unanswered. I suppose there is no interest in gibing the data.

To quote Calculator........

It would be nice if you could read the Court papers Calculator and help the Joker out. :)
Joker:
There are many illegal builds around the island. The Policia are a part of the local council (Pajara in this case) and will turn up, announce that the occupants have no right to reside in a property without planning permission and throw everyone out.
You will see abandoned buildings with telephone numbers scrawled on the walls, don't be tempted. The owners will sell for cash and leave you to sort out the mess.
Use a proper estate agent and lawyer; they both have a legal duty to ensure that the proper permissions are in place.
