Hi I'm new in town. Was hoping for some advice on how much is the average cost of cleaning a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa with pool.

Noticed a sign in the window of the launderette opposite Corralejo Mercadona the other day advertising apartment cleaning at set rates. Appreciate that isn't exactly what you are after but they might view your place and quote you. You might find you have to have separate services for villa and pool cleaning, unless you can find someone privately that can take on both aspects.
My friend pays 50â,¬ for a 2 bed, 1 bath apartment clean (with very large tiled terrace cleaned as well), laundry included, once a week and then once a month or so pays an additional 50â,¬ for extra cleaning (fans/oven/inside settee/curtains/defrost fridge etc as required). She then pays 10â,¬ a week for a pool clean (smallish pool, takes about an hour and a half including vacuum clean/scrubbing the tide mark/cleaning filters and doing the chemicals.) All cleaning materials and chemicals for apartment and pool are on top of this. She gets charged 10â,¬ per hour for any extra time needed, ie dealing with problems.
