As much as I have derided the Courier deliveries to The Island, I had to share this, ordered a new TV box from a a company on The Mainland, was told shipping was â,¬10 via DHL, now it is my believe that DHL no longer deliver to The Island, so was going to cancel, but could not find an alternative, so went ahead, see below the delivery tracking, and it arrived this morning, 5 days from Hong Kong, I must admit I was gob smacked.

I ordered from the mainland this, delivery included and paid. When the courier brought it they charged me an extra 12â,¬ . I always normally buy off ebay, never had a delivery problem.
I ordered 70 pounds worth of goods from LCFC, and they got as far as Las Palmas with DHL. They rang me up and wanted to charge me 30â,¬ in taxes, so I told them to send them back! >:(

I think this why DHL stopped delivering here, they were having lots of that kind of problem. it happened to me once, I paid â,¬60 but then recovered it from the seller, I believe what happens now is DHL deliver to Las Palmas and it is delivered from there by Sub contractors, sounds like some Jobs worth working for DHL here put himself out of work.
Showed this post to wife, she has paint and pillows ordered that seem to have got lost in transit, not happy 😇

If you have a tracking number try a site called 17track they will now exactly where it is.

Do not know about Corrallejo, but one of The Brit shops in Caleta sell British pillows.
