That's good news 

Until the BBC no longer has to abide by EU rules after Brexit (as pushed for by the Daily Mail!!)

No doubt there will be the usual EU delay in implementing this, by the time it goes through we will have left the EU so win/no win I think. You couldn't make it up any better could you !!!

The BBC has sold foreign rights for many of their programs. The various broadcasters may not have bought streaming rights for programs.

So is the EU going to force these companies to break their contracts?
