Can anyone give me any information or advice on the low budget apartments 20-40k in this area im coming over in March to view, do you think they would make a nice lock up and leave im not too fussed if the pool is out of action.

interesting post, looks like most of the horizonte area is ok with some exceptions
bouganville looks decent might check this place out next month when im over.
when are you over in march?
i have a place in bouganville and will be there also, going 18th-25th.
