Can anyone recommend a reputable alarm company. Not Securitas Direct who are rip-off merchants.
We are also looking for a pool safety fence
Would love to know that as well, including good or bad experiences with Securitas Direct". We had them at our doorbell several times. They even offered a special "zero installation cost". Monitoring service was about â,¬32 per month (if I recall this correctly)
In the uk you can get easy to install wireless systems that send a message to your telephone wif/when the alarm is triggered. If you cannot get one in fuerte maybe buy in uk on internet and use Woodside to ship over on their small parcel service. In the uk they are around £200-£300 depending on how many add-on's you have.

Fitted the Motorola camera and hubble app on phone , must say, i'm well impressed . Sound, heat and movement detection and its instant .
Got from uk, half the price than seen here.
This sounds great but realise:
The break in and run burglar needs less than 2 minutes to smash a window, enter, grabe something (tv, tablet, camera, purse) and run.
This means that by the time you have started you app, you maybe get to see him flee.
But keep watching and you can see that after half an hour some security guard will shine a flashlight through your smashed window.

as with any system, apart from a big dog ....lol Its very instant and just a bit of piece of mind
Out of interest, can you wire this up to an alarm sounder? I think external alarm sounders are illegal but an internal one perhaps might scare anyone off?

Sound will not scare off a hit and run burgler. Remember, he just smashed the window with a loud bang !
Best option is to keep them out!
If they can get in, an effective but costly solution is a fog machine. This fills the room with a very dense fog within a split second, impairing all vision.

Decho - Do you mean you think you cannot then have an alarm box that would 'ring' on the outside of your house thenâ" 😮 we have one on our villa that would go off if triggered and though I know some alarm boxes will be dummies but lots must be real too. If they are illegal then what about car alarms which are now manufacturer fitted 🤔
