Does anyone here own an apartment at bouganville? (N Horizonte) I found out that the community has changed hands?..as in tried making a payment and bounced back, contacted the company to be told they don't deal with it any more..gave me a number which doesn't reply and couldn't/wouldnt help any further. ???
Im in england so trying to get to the bottom of it, so if anyone owns one and knows an email or number or something to point me in the right direction that would be great.
