Is anyone else having trouble with film on TV and film on.Could it be the windy weather.
It's not the wind. Are you in Caleta. The problem is, the internet providers there, and in El Matorral are taking more clients every day, including supplying complexes, and the servers they are using are just not powerful enough to handle the load when everybody is watching TV at the same time. Until they upgrade, the download speed will be low at peak periods. Instead of 6mb download, you're getting about 2mb. If you complain, they just give you a load of waffle.
Having said that, I watched the England game tonight on an American channel, Fox Sports, and it was fine. The stream must be a different bandwidth.
Is fox sports the addon name.
We use fuerte wifi and use an android box they sell. Usually works really well. Over the last 2 months only on 1 night filmon was no good, used Netflix to watch a movie and was fine.
So definitely not the wi fi. Occasionally if we have a problem we switch off the box and restart and always comes good apart from the one time, which I believe was filmon problem.
Recently upgraded our android box to a T95 m , picture quality much better than our old 2 year old box.
Quality of Netflix usually really good. Even when we had storms and strong winds a few weeks ago.
Also have mobdro which freezes more often than filmon, we get 1 or 2 5 sec freezes a night, fortunately rarely in the middle of a good programme. Very happy with service. Now using 6 meg but 4 meg seemed about the same quality. Download speed with 2 iPads and tv going nearly 4 meg just now.
