Can anyone tell me if the elec supply is 50 or 60 hertz ? Also, is there only one supplier or is it an open market like the UK? & is there a standing charge? What is the unit cost? Just thinking ahead.
Also trying to work out whether it is more economical to send a house furnishing pack (basic) over from UK or buy locally but local prices seem somewhat higher
