Shouldn't be necessary. Paint your roof every 2 or 3 years and u should be ok.
It's the easiest job in the world as u are literally dumping the paint on the roof.
Yes, it IS an easy job. We did our last year. Sweep it off first then paint with the special paint ( cannot remember the name) - just make sure you don't paint yourself into the wrong corner of the roof so you are stuck until it dries!! LOL!
My house an old spanish house with leaks in the past.i would prefer get the experts but thanks for the advice . :D
