Has anybody managed to book an appointment through this website?

I'm trying to input a friend's details to get them an appointment to change their address but every variation I try gets rejected. Any clues?
Oh for the days when you took a deli ticket and waited for hours to be seen ................... only to be sent away as they wouldn't be able to get round to you that day!
I tried every combination, but it seems this site is for Spanish Nationals ID card only. There's no reference to the green floppy NIE card. I'd just go if I were you, and act dumb.
Thanks Woe. There is an associated 'help' pdf which shows a green NIE but even using the example from that it didn't work. I then tried the 'contact us' option but got a reply saying it was just for help with the website, not for help with making appointments. (And there was me thinking the whole point of the website was making appointments :D!) I think I'll go with your suggestion unless someone comes up with another idea shortly.
