The problem with cheap fans in this climate is all they achieve is moving warm ais about.
They're in the Happy Centre behind the Traf. They've got four or five different ones so pop in and I'm sure they'll sort you out something for a good price.
Chollis Pompey fans are some of the best in the world, still in league two and getting 18,000 a week. Not many would be that good.
You can but one for 20 Euros!!

A fan moves air about; warm air in a warm environment, cold air in a cold environment.
