There are no regular taxis in El Cotillo I`m afraid,despite there being a rank near the football ground. You`d have to call one out from Correlejo..Not cheap though
I too was looking for a taxi service in El Cotillo, perhaps a good opportunity for an entrepreneur!

There is quite a network of unofficial cars in Cotillo who will take you to the airport provided nobody sees you paying them.
My experience is the better the car the worse the driving and vice versa.
