Hi Duncolm
Please post if you find the answer.
I'll have a look tomorrow to see if I can find a notice on the building although I'm guessing you have probably tried that! You do mean this place don't you? http://mipueblofuerteventura.es/los-podomorfos-de-tindaya-y-el-proyecto-de-chillida-pueden-coexistir-la-casa-alta-abre-a-los-visitantes-con-este-objetivo/ (http://mipueblofuerteventura.es/los-podomorfos-de-tindaya-y-el-proyecto-de-chillida-pueden-coexistir-la-casa-alta-abre-a-los-visitantes-con-este-objetivo/) . I think the original intention was to open 10-2 but I'm not sure what days.
Failing that I can ask at the Centro Cultural in Tindaya - I keep meaning to go to Casa Alta myself so it will be a good exercise for me.

Thanks Tamara.

I've stopped by a couple of times this week but didn't spot any information. At least the caves at Villaverde have a notice giving their restricted opening times. I'm giving up for this trip now.

I couldn't find any info posted outside today and I've never seen it open although to be fair I normally use the other turning into Tindaya. Failing any joy in the Centro Cultural I'll ask Bernie - if anyone knows he will!

In RTV AquaCAbra today:

The museum space, located in the municipality of La Oliva, is open from Tuesday to Friday from 10 am to 2 pm

The Cabildo of Fuerteventura has reopened today, Tuesday, June 27, the museum space of the Casa Alta de Tindaya, with a sample on the project of the Monument to Tolerance Montaña de Tindaya, devised by the Basque artist Eduardo Chillida. The event was attended by the president of the Cabildo, Marcial Morales, the mayor of La Oliva, Isaí Blanco, the Vice President and Minister of Tourism, Blas Acosta, and the Minister of Museums, José Juan Herrera Martel.

Morales explained that "a set of proposals are presented around the Monument to Tolerance project, with the objective of giving a lot of information to neighbors and tourists." "Now play enjoy the model of the project, the simulation of the work samples in which the performance is exposed in volume and design and podomorphs," he added.

The Casa Alta de Tindaya, which will open from Tuesday to Sunday, from 10 am to 2 pm, "will offer information to neighbors who are unaware of the Chillida project and highlights the cultural, tourist and architectural importance of the project," said Blanco.

For Acosta, "it is a unique work in the world, which governments like Japan wanted to have as the final work of Chillida. We have to advance in the cultural axis of Manrique in Lanzarote, Chillida in Tindaya and Pepe Damaso in the south with The viewpoint of the Canaries are the cultural axis in which we have to advance to have complementary places to enjoy those who live here and those who visit us.

At the beginning of the visit to the Tindaya High House, a description of the natural features of the Tindaya Mountain is shown, as well as a sample of the podomorph panels. Then, and through a triple plasma, you can observe the simulation of light throughout the day and night and the equinos. In this second room are incorporated two large format modules belonging to the exhibition on the Tindaya Mountain Tolerance Monument Project.

In the third room, it is deepened through models, panels and a pedagogical video in which will consist the sculptural intervention of Eduardo Chillida and the podomorph panels are found in the skirt of the mountain and guarded until this moment in which they are shown to the public.

On the top floor, there are project models carried out under the supervision of Eduardo Chillida and the screening of the latest documentary on the work of the sculptor Chillida: Esku Huts (Chillida: Empty Hands) by filmmaker Juan Barreros, released in the 2016 edition of San Sebastian Film Festival. At the other end of the room is a corner where information from Tindaya and Chillida can be accessed through a database while observing the indescribable surroundings of the Tindaya High House.
