A terrible tragedy, no doubt but very avoidable......no one in their right mind sets off to walk to Rosario, or Caleta for that matter, at that time of night, or indeed anytime, from the Airport. Sadly the gent appears to have been drinking deeply but not wisely..Very sad
Not the first time it's happened and won't be the last unfortunately.
