Normally, the contact details are for a local independent agent who will liaise between you and the seller, particularly if they are bank properties.

Servihabitat are the repo sales arm of Caixa Bank. You will be better to go through a local estate agent than deal with them directly. This does not effect the price. The two main local agents dealing with these properties are Carman Villazan in Caleta and Rincon in the pedestrian area of Rosario.
Sent an on line request and emailed Carman Villazan - waiting for a response LOL prob be waiting a long time.

We're interest in having a look at a 2 bedroom apartment , when we're there in March .
