Title: Bankia Wonderful Experience
Post by: Tamkid on November 20, 2015, 15:19:52 PM
My latest experience in Bankia - Corralejo was a classic. Entered at 11:50 and pulled my Que ticket, there was only one teller on and two customers in front of me,
I thought brilliant, I will buy a lottery ticket today my luck is in, how wrong can you be. A lady in front of me proceeded to the counter and emptied out of her bag a series of small envelopes (each containing euros in later transpired) onto the counter. By 12:20 she had managed to only process about half of the envelopes, by this time the que was massive, the other six members of staff mainly look across and glare at the customers or Yak to each other as though it is our fault. They won again, at 12:25 I hoofed it not served, extremely bad tempered with the words "Never Again" going over and over in my tiny scope. For some stupid, sick reason I keep thinking it will get better, when will I learn.

.. that's probably one of the reasons Bankia (almost) went bust last time. As the advert says 'don't change your life, change your Bank'
