Only had the internet in for a couple of weeks and managed to damage one of the antenna when moving the sofa. Can anyone advise if it's as simple as taking the box down the Movistar shop and paying for a replacement or do you have to order and wait? Not on the island at the moment but I'd like to have it fixed for my return in October
