How are you trying to view your programmes?  BBC iPlayer, Filmon, KODI or something else?

I use a different company for IPTV, and an Android box. I can honestly say that I haven't experience any problems at all, in fact they both work better than ever now. I suggest you contact zktv and get them to sort it out for you.

Same here, malabu, and using the same system. It's been brilliant until about a week or so ago, when we started getting similar intermittent probs. I'd heard about work on the lines, too, so I will give it another couple of days before contacting the supplier. Reassuring to know it's not just us!

Same here. Try re booting it. Pull out the black mains lead from the ZKTV Box. Wait a while then put it back. It will ask which portal, Go for zktv.uk. & OK? I think &  it will reload & should go back to the menu. Seems a bit better so far??? 8) 8) 8) Fingers crossed!

Yes, thanks woe. I think I have worked it out at last.  We have one on it's way from the UK. I hope! 8)

Same problem with intermittent freezing - never had it before. Also know 3 other users with same freezing problem currently. What's worse is the shear annoyance of the way it bails on the stream - straight back to black screen so you have to reload the show and then guess where to fast forward to.

We've had the usual 'it's your internet' connection, which I don't buy at all, because it was fine for months up until recently - so I'm on a watching brief until the next time our bill is due, and if it hasn't improved we'll be cancelling.

The reliability - which was excellent previously - is the only reason I pay their subscription. If I was content with a flakey service that freezes there are plenty of free-of-charge alternatives.

My gut feeling is they are the overloading their servers, and reliability is suffering.
