NIE certificate number plus Padron certificate (for purchases not travel) from the town hall

Yes I found I needed both of these when buying from Orvecame but others suggested that only NIE was needed.

Sally if you have registered with the La Oliva website you can download the certificate you require online. I think I mentioned to you about registering with the website when I helped you with your tax.
