Hi All,
I bought my place in FV at the beginning of December 2013. As a non-resident who does not rent out his property I still have to pay a very small Income Tax charge for my period of ownership in 2013 and as I understand it this needs paying before the end of 2014.
I like to do things for myself and have no intention of paying somebody else for such a trivial matter so am intending to use the forms linked below in conjunction with the FAQs and discussion boards ...

Has anyone here used the above link with success ?
Assuming that it is up-to-date (as it appears to be) I intend on completing the form and printing it off to pay in person and have no intention of paying it on line. Can anyone tell me where on the island I need to take this form to pay my tiny Income Tax bill ?
Any thoughts from people more experienced in these matters than me would be gratefully received.
Very many thanks for any replies.
Ernie
You can certainly do it on line - we do every year. Almost always miss something out and the program tells me what to change. You take the forms to any bank with the cash. Simple. We were advised to take a bar code with us as apparently there is a prefix to your ID which does not appear on the form. Having said that they didn't ask for it this June when I paid. I think the prefix is just the first three letters of your name and after a few years they have worked out they can deduce that for themselves.
Good luck. It is much easier than andalucia.com suggests
