Long term property rental in Corralejo required from September for mature couple, fully furnished & equipped with balcony/terrace, water & electric included in rent, ideally with ADSL/cable internet service or phone line with ability to connect broadband service.
I don't believe it's common nowadays to include the services - we certainly don't. They've soared inprice over recent years and are likely to keep going up. Also, it doesn't seem right - to me at least - to do nothing to encourage people to be frugal with the planet's resources (and the landlord's resources, too).
Just in case anyone who has a property they want to rent sees this - we are no longer looking for a rental in Fuerteventura. Thank you.
