Title: UK Pension paid into a Spanish Bank??
Post by: jamjar on June 22, 2014, 09:26:24 AM
If you are retired and living in Fuerte can you have your UK pension paid into a UK bank and then transferred to a Fuerte bank, or can it be paid direct from UK into your Spanish bank account?

If you are talking about the state pension then you can do it either way. It depends on the rate you get via DWP as to whether it would be better to have it paid into a UK account and then you can choose to use a currency house and transfer it when the rate suits you.

Personal or work pensions will normally only be paid into your UK account.
