Title: Anybody Know What Was Going On Here ???

Helicopter and 2 men on top of a mountain between Matorral and Triquivijate yesterday. They were there almost half an hour before finally flying off. Don't know if it was a rescue or maintainance of something.

looks like the chap on the wire is about to throw a snow ball at the object on the ground.
