Work at the Lajares junction is progessing, the grading is all done and it is obvious how the junction will work. The new road will join the Corralejo road below Tamaragua with a junction off to go to Lajares. There is a roundabout on the eastern side of the new road and a slip road from the Corralejo direction will allow cars to go to Lajares and La Oliva. It looks like the existing road south of Tamaragua will be shut. This morning wagons were arriving to bring the road up to the required level.
Google Maps (https://goo.gl/maps/GSPIm) shows the junction layout in progress.
Well not much as changed between Sept and last week when i was over

Your welcome
They have also started building a roundabout at the La Caldereta end, and have opened the overpass at the Parque Holandes junction as well as others. Great view from the top. It is a bit weird driving 4km from Parque Holandes on a track, then 200m on tarmac with white lines and barriers, then back to track all the way to Villaverde. They are now completing the road underneath the overpass.
ha ha ha ???
