Title: Good subscription-based VPN
Post by: gattaca66 on May 13, 2014, 20:27:32 PM
I know the subject gets aired periodically, but I can't find a suitable recent thread and things change over time anyway! I need a good VPN on my laptop to access UK TV etc in Fuerte when/if we finally get over there next week. Any recommendations based on what is currently working well for people? I'm using a Windows laptop (Windows 8.1, but configured to 'feel' like Windows 7 after a lot of screaming at it!). I've got the 'UK VPN' app on my ipad which seems OK out there, but want something recommended specifically for the laptop. Happy to pay a small subscription as I don't want all the ads you get on free versions! Any help greatly appreciated, many thanks.

Why bother with a VPN when you can watch FilmOn absolutely free. ;D

FILMON also works fine with my LG Smart TV through its Internet browser. Saves having to have a computer.
