For those on the island at the moment, don't forget FEAGA (the island's agricultural show is on from Thursday to Sunday, at the Pozo Negro experimental station/ show ground. An annual 'must do' in my calendar - a great day out.

Watch out for drinking and driving though, with all that free beer and wine. The police had a field day a year or so back, and could well do so again.
Coming from Rosario down the coast road - is the show actually in pozo Negro itself - is it easy to find - and is parking going to be a problem? Thanks in advance of replies :-)
The showground is in the agricultural research place at the junction of the main road and the Pozo Negro road. There's a good diagram at the back of the programme showing the way in and the parking.

Snowdrop - if you are planning on going on Saturday or Sunday, it's best to get there early as there can be a queue of traffic waiting on the main road to get into the parking area. Parking is free, and so is FEAGA.
