Name and Shame Time: Has anybody had experiences of this Hotel / Bar or the Owner. I had heard about these stories, but took them with a pinch of salt, until I read reviews on Tripadvisor.
I think this owner is doing Caleta De Fuste no favours. Not just one review, but many saying the same thing. What do you think.

Hotel was fine, food as expected. The problem is the all inclusive Buffalo Bar. The Manager Tony is rude, offensive, very aggressive and I even saw him grab one of the staff and hurt her. I hope she does something about it as she has not been seen behind the bar since. Drinks are served in plastic kiddicups and no straws allowed if you are all inclusive. I was told they are for paying customers only. Surely I PAID WHEN I BOOKED MY HOLIDAY!! Even if you are not going to sit by the pool you are not allowed a drink in a glass until after the watershed 9pm. No vodka, gin or brandy for 3 days while we were there. No chips, no cheese for the very poor ai snacks which consisted of cheese burger and chips (without cheese or chips), toasted cheese and ham sandwich (without cheese) or hot dog. One day there was even no milk for the coffee.
Reserved signs put on all comfortable chairs again told these were for paying customers only and not us all inclusives we were to sit at the back or outside on plastic garden chairs. When the bar is busy you cant even get served when they do have any vodka as they usually only have one bar staff working who has to cook the ai food, serve the drinks, and do everything basically while the Managers Tony and Toni either swan about or sit at the end of the bar barking orders. Staff are run off their feet trying to keep up and are always apologising for the poor management and stupid segregation rules. If you actually want to eat or drink anything you should go somewhere else. Entertainment.... well what can I say it never started on time. Some of the acts are good, Kevin, Silly and Cher, Johnny but OMG the Manager Tony sings most nights or tries to and he is rubbish. We left every time he came on as we would rather pay for a drink than sit and listen to him. While we were there two of the good acts quit. Risco Dorada is a nice hotel but no way can I recommend the Buffalo Bar it is rubbish, not all inclusive friendly and run by the tightest cheapskates I have ever met.

Thats a shame, it will soon lose custom though and go under. There are so many better places to go in Caleta even if they're not covered by AI.

Keep up the good work Tony, maybe people will now dip their toes out into the town and see what The real Caleta is like
