They have red bins in Puerto del Rosario for second-hand clothes. There's one just up from the Hacienda, and another on the Corralejo road near the San Jose primary school.

They're popping up all over the place at the moment. There's one appeared on the Tamaragua estate and I've noticed several others around Corralejo.

There are clothes and shoes recycling boxes in Lajares. The first one is at the roundabout as you enter the village from Corralejo. The other one is at the junior school at the other end of the village. Both are grey and are next to the yellow recycling boxes and are labelled ropa y calzados.

I also take unwanted items to Royal Furnishings/Kookabura just past the IKEA depot.Taken your items in and someone will show you where to put them.THe items are sold at the Sunday market in Rosario to raise money for the homeless dogs on the island.
