This is an ironman distance race based in Las Playitas.
The race starts with a 1.9km swim in the bay at Las Playitas
then
90km cycling - on a loop from Playitas through Tesejerague, Cardon, Pajara and Tuineje
then
21km running from Las Playitas over the hill to Gran Tarajal and back, twice.

Really wish I could be there to cover this. Hopefully this will become as big an event as the Lanzarote Ironman.
While only the fit could possibly complete this race, I believe this is a triathlon of 1/2 ironman triathlon distances.
