Just a quick question about the ever changing weather!!
What do you locals on the island use for a short range forecasts?
We are over next week and looking at the 10 day forecast it looks like a little rain might be on the way.
I know weather can change dramatically as we have noticed many times before on the island, and looking this far in the future is more than likely very unreliable.
I just wondered if you guys had a more precise short term site you use?
Thanks in advance.
I always use - http://www.islandconnections.eu/1000003/1000041/0/0/weather.html (http://www.islandconnections.eu/1000003/1000041/0/0/weather.html)
Click on La Oliva for Correlejo or Antigua for Caleta de Fuste.

Though don't think many locals look up the weather because it's normally the same, instead of looking day to day its more on a month to month basis, from my experience anyway.

I hope it's the same, what with this awful English weather and what with the freeze on its way I need some sun, sea and Penasol (Sangria )

Pretty sure it will be warmer than here, a mate of mine mentioned a storm over there this morning but even if there is one they rarely last long.
Enjoy your holiday

Thank you. I will just cross my fingers for sun sun sun
:D Don't waste your time looking at weather forecasts and worrying about what might be. Get up and enjoy every minute of your stay if it's cloudy first thing it usually blows over and the sun peeps through most days :)
Definitely the AEMET site as they're the ones that receive data from all the towns around the island. But I'd only bother looking at a couple of days into the future, and even then only if I had a really good reason to. Very often when they forecast rain, all we get is cloud. Not that I'm complaining! :)
