Hello, does anyone know of any slimming clubs? I am based in corralejo!
Thanks Lil
Hello Lilian
We are Fuerteslim, a small slimming group based in La Oliva. We loosely run along Slimming World lines, but emphasise support, healthy eating and tips. We meet every week on Fridays for about 1.5 hours, weigh in and then discuss progress, obstacles, and anything else! it's a very friendly and receptive group. Cost? €3, which is saved for outings, etc
Please do contact me from tomorrow on 674 348 069 if you are interested in knowing more. We are also on Facebook as Fuerteslim
