The Fiesta to celebrate Ntra. Snra. de la Peña del Mar will be held in Caleta de Fuste from 18-20 October 2013.
The programme of events is:
Thurs 17 October
A Craft Fair inside the marquee near the bus stop at 5pm; with an exhibition of early photos of El Castillo.
Fri 18 October
Fairground attractions all 1 euro. A stall selling balloons for 1 euro will raise money for the Fundraising Campaign for the Fuerteventura Cancer Association.
Sat 19 October
A Zumba class on the beach at 11am.
At 11.30am - Children's activities, bouncy castles, workshops and a foam party on the beach.
At 8.30pm an evening of local bands, solo artists and DJ's.
At 11.30pm - A late night Fiesta with the groups Guira Latina and Orchestra Tamarindos from Gran Canaria.
Sun 20 October
The photo exhibition continues.
9.30am - A children's fishing competition at the harbour.
10.00am - Mass and a Eucharist procession at the harbour
12.00pm - Local folk dancing in the marquee at the harbour
3pm - a boat race on the sea off the main beach.
