I'm not very familiar with T-bone.

I had it once - it was very big but fatty.

Isn't Solomillo the better cut of meat?

A T-Bone is called CHULETON.  A normal chop is CHULETA. Solomillo ( expensive ) is Tenderloin Steak, ( supposed to be ). Entrecot is like Rump Steak.

Chuleton is best cooked on a Charcoal Pit. Cooking it on a Plancha is sacrilege.

Yes, Fado rock also do T bones, have eaten there a couple of times, both Fado & Nestors do huge portions so turn up hungry!

Grill & Garden also do a good steak, pretty sure you can get a T Bone, the other option is called a porter house steak, Tunisia T Bone without the bone and small fillet
