Last year the IBI went by direct debit in mid July, this year it hasn't gone yet. There's money in the account so that's not the problem. Has anyone else had this? We are in the UK so can't go to the town hall and ask. :(

Thank you Cockney. I will give it a go! We thought getting the direct debit set up would stop any problems but obviously not. The first year it didn't work so we had to go to the town hall and pay, then get the new forms for the bank. Last year it went out fine but not this time. Hope we get as lucky as you did!
