Title: Local Taxes (La Oliva)
Post by: greyrocks on July 17, 2013, 08:05:05 AM
Can anyone in Corralejo etc tell us whether they have had local taxes due this month taken by direct debit? They had done so by now in previous years. Might this affect the availability of the six month travel certificates for residents' discount? Thanks

Hi Greyrocks

Yes our taxes went out on 7th and they were the same as last year no increase which we think is strange!!

Cheers

Pete ;D

Yes my taxes also went out of my bank by direct debit on the 7th. I would check why yours have not, if that's the case. The travel certificate is a different issue, and is related to you owning a property here.

:o  Likewise, not yet taken from DD. last year was taken on 12th July.

If you solve query, any info would save a trip to Corrie for me!! ;)

Not like councils to be late taking payments is it?
