Having spent 1 hour and a half, at the Pensions office in Rosario yesterday, this Youtube Video is very apt:
With subtitles if you don't speak Spanish.
Spanish red tape (created by Intereconomia Corporación S.A.). (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2wtbQUaC9mE#)
It is very funny and typical.

Very good, I have just found out that the proper title for a group of baboons is, believe it or not is a Parliament. Now aint that a good description.

Actually, it was little old me!!! But has been re-posted several times I believe by others. Always raises a smile though. I usually have a look at it before I go anywhere official...it kind of eases the pain of the "actual" experience if it goes even slightly better than this video!!
The director should get an Oscar. It always reminds me of going into the La Caja De Canarias bank (now Bankia) in Corralejo, there's a guy around fiftyish, bald head with glasses sits at a desk looking at the computer screen "constantly", I have spent many unhappy waiting hours over the years watching him doing tiddly dit, he glares at you if you dare look his way,he then looks at the Que then looks at his screen, moves the mouse, that's it?????????????????????? probably an ex UK council worker.
