I have just recieved my first bill, do I need to pay it at a bank, or can I pay it in the shop in Atlantico? Thanks
That will depend on whether or not you gave them your bank account information when you made the contract. If you did (and it will show on your contract) then they will automatically take it from your bank account by Direct Debit.
If it has a barcode on it then it is a bill, if it doesn't then it probably is receipt for a direct debit. I think some ATM machines take payments for Movistar and the Post Office. Does it not give details somewhere on the bill?
