Hi Folk
One week Saturday and we will be back home (or what we like to call home, Fuerte) We have been many many times before in Jan & Feb and the weather has been mainly good in the day but still a little chilly and breezy in the evenings?
What's the weather been like recently and what can we really expect both day and evening?
Thanks
Matt
You can expect it to be exactly as you've stated Matt. Days are a mixture of sun and clouds and the wind has picked up recently but it really is pleasant. Evenings chilly
Thank you, have the day temperatures been much above 22 - 24 o/c?
Thanks
That's the shade temperaure, so hotter in the sun 8)
Minus 2 in the shade in Burnley today, much warmer in the sun........minus 1 ;D

I've checked them regularly at 25 ish in the Parque Natural area. In places more shaded from the wind it would have been hotter than that :)
Morning,
I know weather can be hit and miss sometimes but some sites we have been looking at for the Fuert forecast are showing rain for Sat, Sun, Mon and Tue!! others are showing sun and no rain.
Any locals on here that can gives us a better indication, maybe you use a local forecast.
Thanks
It was raining last night around 1am in Nuevo Horizonte, not sure about elsewhere.
If you're talking about last weekend until now (rather than the next one), that sounds about right. We certainly saw rain Sat, Sun & Mon in Corralejo, but none today so far. :-X But I'm not talking wall-to-wall downpours - just short, though rather sharp, showers a few times a day. We've been seeing the sun too. :)
Well Steve's yer man for Caleta weather......
We are staying in Corralejo, I would say that there wouldnt be much difference in weather between Caleta and Corralejo but as we know it can be different.
As we have experienced before when Corralejo weather has been overcast and El Cotillo has been clear skies.
There's quite a difference weather wise between Caleta and Corrie actually,Steve will confirm that.....
Paddy is quiet correct, I have often left Corrie in the rain and cloud and headed to Caleta with clear skies and sunshine, and vise versa for that matter.
