Head for Sotavento; park at Risco del Paso and walk south about a kilometre. Nicest sandy naturist beach imaginable!
Any beach on Fuerty that is not in the centre of town.

Or park up in Esquinzo & just walk down the path to the beach behind the Marina Playa Hotel
Depends what your priorities are but as a single guy I would have thought your best bet was Corralejo because you have the best opportunities for entertainment and the dunes.
8)I agree Corry would be my choice out of town near the two Riu Hotels.
