Just discovered FlightBoard app for the iPad/iPhone. It gives arrival and departure real time updates for 16,000 airports. It says it does not list charter flights but when I set it up for Fuerteventura airport it displayed Thomas Cook and Thomson times.
Nice interface and it's free at the moment - well it is today! I think it normally costs £2.49.
Still free I have just downloaded it, it will be interesting to see how on time the flights are, I live in the Southampton flight path so I can check. ;D
