Just back from 2 weeks in Caleta,can't believe how busy it was all local resturants were doing a roaring trade we had to book every time we went out to eat {Every where we ate the food was fantastic} Went to the airport a couple of times to collect family and it was rammed.There also seems to be a lot of people cleaning the surrounding areas up which i think is encouraging more people to re visit .My family who came out to fuert would all come back again. Well done to all the locals and ex pats for a great holiday and being so friendly. ps only 8 weeks to go until we there again...............CAN'T WAIT

I think Caleta has been busy most of the year.There are more none UK visitors such as French,Italians and now the golf courses are full of people from everywere.
That's true. There are so many foreign accents about, so people are coming in from a range of European countries.
How nice to see a positive post for a change instead of all the doom and gloom :D :D :D
And yes there does seem to be a wider range of nationalities with a lot of eastern europeans finding their way here now
