hi for all those having problems with endesa...
i have been there today to sort out my situation and discovered that the reason i cant register on line is that sometimes the system will not accept the NIF entered.
they suggest you email them with all your details, name - address - account number - NIF and explain you cant register they will set this up for you... We shall see!
also there are various tarifs you can chose and business tarifs also that would help some people...
i often hear people say they are going to pay their bill at endesa, but you cant, they send you to the post office, but if you do have an account with la caixa you can go to bank and using their ATM you can pay by scanning the bar code and the machine does the rest for you.. i found this very good...
but i am going to go to IBERDROLA next week as i hear (dont know how true) they do very good business rates and payment plans...
