Finally managed to work out how to get pictures posted on here, many thanks to both Carlo and Dee Dee for their help.
Back home now after another fabulous two weeks in Corralejo, staying at Los Abanicos, which is between Oasis Tamarindo and the new Mercadona
My favourite walk to the beach is across the dunes opposite the complex, which I have done for many years.
Imagine my surprise as I walked towards the top of a ridge and saw "this" about 50 yards away

I took a picture and quickly dropped back behind the ridge and made off in another direction. When it came back into view again I noticed it hadn't moved, I thought it must be sunning itself.
So I took another picture

Thinking something isnt right here I went in closer and took this picture
