Wonder how the older complexes such as Caleta Gardens and Villa Florida will fare after inspection in light of the Tourists Board vision of 4 and 5 star tourism? :o
I would say that lots wont pass the test and will need to be renovated.

I would imagine that they will probably offer special loans like they did in Corrie (remember the 20 million recently) but only if they are upgraded to a higher star rating.
