Yes many times and still is a our favourite part of the island.
See the posts on the hotels in the Hotel review section and elswhwere. Great beaches, but it is a very quiet resort.

I will be making my first visit to the island, landing on the 14th October. I am treating myself to a week away from it all - first time in years. I only hope I have made the right decision in coming to this island over the others - wondering what I will do most evenings as it seems so quite??
It really depends on where you are staying.
Corralejo has plenty of music bars, etc. and you don't need to consue very much to be welcome.
In El Cotillo go for a good meal in one of the restaaurants and then gravitate to El Toston where there is always good company.
Others will have ideas for the South.
I'm staying in Caleta de Fuste and I have a hire car so hope to explore the whole island. Just looking for some fun stuff in the evenings as I will travelling on my own for the first time ever!
