I have now had a letter from cashpassport explaining why my card had 140 euros taken from it on March 14th it was Banco Popular fault so my card was not scammed which is nice to know i have had a full refund also flowers and choclates but cashpassport should review its backup system should things go wrong as i have said i tried all day to contact them and had to phone my daughter in the uk to find out what the problem was so i now have to find another prepaid card for next year which has a good backup system shoul anything go wrong
